N-1 How to send a notice
N-1.1 Use the form at /legal/notice or write to copyright@medcards.app.
N-1.2 A notice has: the protected work, the content and its address on MedCards, your contact data, a good-faith statement, a statement that the information is true, and your signature.
N-2 What we do
N-2.1 We remove or block the content and tell the person who uploaded it.
N-2.2 That person can send a counter-notice.
N-3 Repeat infringers
N-3.1 Accounts with repeated valid notices are suspended and, on a further notice, closed.
N-4 Illegal content
N-4.1 Illegal-content reports use the form at /denuncia, with the content, the legal ground and a contact. Anonymous safety reports are accepted at a lower priority.
