How we make the cards
Sources
Each note cites a source from the accepted list: society guidelines, Ministry of Health protocols, reference textbooks and peer-reviewed articles.
Review tiers
A note goes through peer review and, in the official decks, through a physician reviewer. The deck shows the tier of each note.
AI
AI drafts never enter a deck without human review and stay marked as drafts until then.
Corrections
A patient-safety error is handled within 24 hours and other errors within 72 hours. You report an error on any card with "Report problem".
