R-1 Web purchases

R-1.1 You can ask for a refund of a web purchase within the refund window in Settings › Plans or at

support@medcards.app. The refund goes to the original payment method.

R-1.2 A refund of a plan ends the plan at once.

R-2 Store purchases

R-2.1 Apple and Google handle refunds of purchases made in their stores.
